Readiness and evidence review

Know what is missing before the customer review.

We review the agreed requirements and available program records, identify unsupported claims and unresolved gaps, and give your team a prioritized list of what needs attention. The customer retains approval authority.

The assignment

What you receive. What we need.

Deliverable
An evidence register, criterion-mapped findings, a prioritized action list and a leadership readout.
Customer inputs
The decision or review approaching, applicable requirements, agreed criteria and approved access to the relevant records.
Example acceptance criteria
Every in-scope criterion has a finding or an explicit evidence limitation; each finding identifies the supporting records and recommended next action.
Scope boundary
Not system development, penetration testing, model validation or approval to release. Independence is claimed only after checking the required separation, reporting, access and conflicts.
Effort and price
Quoted after agreeing the material, access, stakeholders, deliverables and deadline.
01

Assessment grounded in criteria

We first agree the decision, system version, period and criteria. Applicable contract and agency requirements are distinguished from voluntary frameworks and our assessment procedures. Each finding identifies the relevant criterion and records.

02

Independence by design

We do not independently assess governance or controls we designed or operated. A separate company is not automatically an independent assessor: reporting arrangements, access, financial interests and other conflicts also need to be considered.

03

Decision-ready outputs

Deliverables are designed for use, not shelf storage: concise executive briefs, documented determinations, prioritized findings, named owners, and evidence packages that can withstand later review.

Engagement outputs

Designed for decision, remediation, and audit.

  • Criterion-mapped findings and risk determinations
  • Traceable evidence and explicit limitations
  • Clear remediation ownership and decision rights
  • A concise report supporting the customer's decision
